Due a my vehicle overheated I checked the engine on 1/8/2026 and found there was not cooland on reservoir. I took my vehicle back to Jiffy lube store 535 Uvalde Rd, Houston Tx 77015 and manager or personed completed the service. The personel not even suggested a refund for the service and look like they did not know how serious was their action I could leave me with a engine failure and a lot of costly repairs.

I have no idea what you’re trying to prove with the amount you’re charging for oil changes. The price of gas is going down the price of oil is going down but yet your employees work for slightly more than minimum wage. As a past owner of a Loop center I paid my employees well enough that they didn’t have to always be looking for another job.
