Though they were busy doing an oil change on another car, and said it would take about 25 minutes to get to me i was out quicker because the manager did my car while another technician finished the previous car. This is a good example of good leadership by a manager. I highly recommend this location in Copperfield.

I also noted that I asked for the military discount. It came up on the screen but in the end but was charged full price anyway.. Makes me reluctant of taking my other vehicle over there.

Then i start seeing other cars go in front of me. Ended up waiting for 30 mins and told me it will need another 25 mins. Treated me with disrespect by telling indirectly to get the hell outta here because i asked him to be a man of his words and stick to the 15 mins. Highly would not recommend this disrespectful trashy place Oh and not to forget how they tried to rip me off stating my car takes 7 quarts where in fact it takes 5. This is beyond absurd.
