  I was charged for radiator fluid on a top up and I’m always going to jiffy lube and never has yhat happened never not satisfied at all I’ve been going to jiffy lube for over 15 years and never has that happened before

  Not the best experience this time although other visits have been very good. Issues today included explorers arguing in the garage leading to a firing, service took an hour, and air filter cover was not properly installed after service.

  Five star service! The staff was so personable and kind, they know they stuff and let me hang in my car while they did their job - well done. Thank you for another painless oil change experience.

  I stop by this Location for an oil change and tire rotation before heading out of town. Later I was recommend all other services . I ask the staff how long it would take because I’m on a tight schedule. The staff show me the pricing and that it would take an hour( I was the only one there). Later she come back tell me the price was higher, I told her then i don’t want the service. She told me cannot because they already put it on. She then apply a discount and I have to paid. After Waiting for almost 2 hours I asked the staff member about the timing because Im really late. The manager was the one work on my car told me that the brakes service Itself needed 1hour( not include other service). I try to tell him I’m really late and that it was his staff that told me 1 hour, if I know it would take longer I would not have done it. He got upset and I ask me what I want? You want me to put the wheel back so you can go! I told him whatever service they haven’t done just give me a refund back. He told me they not giving me any refund back because they already put it on. To this point I’m really upset. When they put my wheel back I don’t really know if I get all my service that I have paid for. When a customer ask about timing I don’t think they ask for how long one service would take but how long they will be there (how long the entire service would take! If you talking about jus one service you need to make it clear that this service by itself take this long. And do not give them different pricing. If price change you should let customers know before you do the work! Discount doesn’t make up for a dishonest business! I do not recommend this place. Poor service, long wait times, pricing not clear

  I’ve been getting service at this location for many years, and it has always been a smooth process with good customer service. Unfortunately, that changed during my visit today for an emissions inspection. When I arrived, all the staff were busy, so I waited patiently in my car. As another vehicle pulled in beside me, a staff member came out to assist and looked directly at both of us as that car was pulling in. He then retrieved the tablet he was going to use and proceeded to assist the other vehicle first, even though they arrived after I did and that timing was clearly visible. While I don’t know the reason for this decision, I was not acknowledged or greeted. Even a brief acknowledgment such as, “I’ll be with you shortly,” or an explanation that another customer needed to be assisted first would have made a significant difference. Customer experience depends not just on efficiency, but on acknowledgment and communication, and this interaction left me feeling dismissed. I decided to leave at get service at my second choice location. I’ve had many positive experiences here in the past, which is why this stood out and was disappointing.
