They said my battery was dead and bad after they did my inspection even though they started it up and moved it into place to begin their work. After all of that they tried to charge me for an oil change that they didn't do and I didn't request one to begin with. Buyer beware

I waited about an hour before I was able to stop a staff member and let them know I needed an inspection, simply because everyone was constantly helping other customers. Even with the long wait, the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and professional. They offered suggestions for additional services, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. The staff explained everything clearly and treated every customer with respect, even when one customer became frustrated during the wait. I could clearly see how hard the team was working, constantly moving between cars and customers. They also handled more serious issues professionally—I overheard them carefully explaining a severe oil leak to another customer and recommending follow-up service elsewhere. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely return for other services. I recommend avoiding Friday lunchtime if you want a shorter wait.
