There was only one other car. I asked the staff member about the timing because I had an upcoming appointment. He told me that my rear brakes needed attention as well. I specifically asked how much time it would take to fix them <not the price> because I was worried about my schedule. He said it would take about an hour. That felt too long given my appointment, so I asked them to do only the oil change and tire rotation. After that, the staff member seemed upset. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour while people who arrived after me were served before my car. They didn’t even ask what type of oil I preferred. I had to ask myself whether they were using synthetic oil. After waiting an hour, they finally finished the oil change, and I ended up canceling the tire rotation. They charged $127.16 for oil and filter change only. I do not recommend this place. Poor service, long wait times, and overpriced.

I spoke to an AI over the phone and I think that was the most friendliest part of this location. When I got there, was never greeted, waited and waited, and just stayed for a 20 mins to see if anyone would greet me. All I wanted was an inspection done, was fine with waited but I overstayed since I was not helped. No one was inside to assist. When I left, I saw someone in the back assisting someone who came in, so wow.
