I have an extensive record with Jiffy Lube at other locations but mainly at the 6330 West Rd, Houston, TX 77086. Although this Jiffy Lube is more convenient and the closet to me, I will go the extra miles to the FM 1960 location primarily because I was greeted by the staff with kind and caring concerns. At the FM 1960 location, the manager took out the time to explain important things about my vehicle to me. However the manager at the West Rd location likes to intimidate a particular and certain type of customer with services that was not agreed upon with the customer until it’s too late and time to pay at the container. Yes, I will be back at the FM 1960 location again to get my oil change. Soon.
