  Never ever recommending this location. They take advantage of the ignorant and talk people into completely unnecessary services. Said they "couldn't get a read on coolant level" for a new car with only 8000 miles. A service that is supposed to be done after 3-10 years for 50,000 to 100,000 miles. Instead she gets slammed with an additional and unnecessary $200 expense. Most egregious example of customer baiting I've seen. High pressure and completely untrustworthy. Better use in a take 5.

  I had some errands with my Dog and came on a whim. The staff was very nice and understanding. My oil change was done quick fast, and in a hurry, and everyone was very kind. They also showed me some other things that was due on my car that I didn’t know for the Future .10 out of 10.

  I've been going to this location on Dairy Ashford just north of Westheimer for 16 years. Calvin the manager has always taken the best care of my vehicles, and the rest of the crew are always friendly and helpful. Oil change, State Inspection - you name it, these folks are the best. Highly recommend and will be back Good Lord willing.

  I had a 50% off coupon for a $59.99 oil change. My discount was $20. Then there was a $9.99 shop charge. So basically I got $10 off. Not at all the price I was expecting. Service people asked appropriate questions, gave me the multi-point inspection info. A few looks where exchanged when I said I wanted conventional oil instead of synthetic. Used the service as a quick convenience while traveling. Otherwise I would do my own oil change. *Edit* I was contacted by their corporate office and they issued a refund for the $10.

  I got serviced in January and a little while after that I noticed that my car was leaking transmission fluid. This is the first time that I have ever gotten service on my transmission to get transmission fluid because they said that I needed it. Well The day before yesterday I had a mechanic come out to see why it was leaking so much and they said at this point I needed more transmission fluid and I needed to give Jiffy Lube where I got service at a call. Upon calling, I was told about the notes that were left on the receipt that was given to me, and I was also told that I most likely had a leak before even going to that location, But as I stated before, my car has never leaked and I never got service on my transmission before this was the first time. So because I don’t live in Houston, but I live in Richmond, I wanted to go to the Jiffy Lube that was closest to me because I did not feel safe driving my vehicle all the way to Houston. So I did give the Jiffy Lube a call before going there and they said they could take a look at it and see where it would be leaking but that’s really all they can do because I did not trust bringing my vehicle back to This Jiffy Lube. Well, bringing it to the Reading Rd., Jiffy Lube. They couldn’t find where it was leaking and said everything looked good, but there was a lot of transmission oil and it really was leaking and And we were told to call the servicing Jiffy Lube once again. We called and that manager wanted to speak to the reading role manager since we were still there, and he told them as well that they only got a couple of quarts out of my transmission when I did go for service and my transmission was most likely leaking before. Truth be told I’m most likely burned through my transmission fluid because this was the first ever time getting serviced so that led to us going to a transmission specialist that ended up looking at our car and telling us that the pan was not screwed back on tight it was very loose and they ended up screwing it back on tightly for us to stop the leaking. Needless to say, I was very upset with how much I had to go back-and-forth. I was very upset with getting blamed for something that I did not do because I know my vehicle and I know that my vehicle has never leaked like that before and now we have a mess in our garage because of all the leaking. The Jiffy Lube on Reading Road didn’t want to really touch the car because it became a liability thing which I understand but the fact that this was a nuisance issue and the pan did not get screwed back on tightly. Let me know that some people don’t know what they’re doing.
