- ATAaron ThomasFeb 17, 20265.0This Gerber Collision & Glass location is 10/10. From the moment I took the car into the shop to get quoted to picking it up was a great and smooth process. Kymber and Alex were the two employees I interacted with the most and they were very communicative, and gave me great updates on when my car would be available. They had enterprise come and pick me up from the store so getting a rental was super simple and straightforward, and I was able to return the rental to Gerber so no need for anyone else to come pick me up and drop me off. Any time I had a question I could call the store and they would answer immediatly. The best part was they told me it might take up to 2 weeks to get all the parts and do the labor, but it ended up only taking a week! I think I read in a review when I was looking for a shop, someone said "you can tell this is a good shop by the fact that they do not have a bunch of damaged cars in the parking lot like other shops" which is 100% true because this shop actually fixes cars fast! If you are in need of a repair for your vehicle, this is the place to do it!
