  Dishonest staff directed by dishonest management = everyone lies to the customer to get their business. Once the contract gets signed, though, they will not keep their word. The best part is that when you ask them to do what they said they'd do, they admit that they lied and then treat you like garbage for being upset. Looking at you, Matt Duhon. Rent anywhere else.
