  Probably one of the best experience we received from a rental car company. Will and Zip were efficient and went above and beyond! My family and I were in a process of moving and needed a car for a few days to get around as we sold ours. Zip was able to recommend a better car for us to accommodate our newborn, and Will went out of his way to drop me off at our hotel after returning the car. We’ve had a very hectic week, but they made it easier for us. We usually rent from Hertz, but will definitely go to this location just to receive great service from them! Keep it up!! To management: Please add a sign outside. We got lost finding this location as it’s inside the Lexus Collision Center.

  I had a paid reservation for 8am. Staff showed up at 8:15am and serviced all the walkins before me. It’s 8:35am and I still haven’t even been helped. It’s now 8:45 and I was told they don’t have the car I reserved a week ago.

  Houston location, located inside the Lexus collision center. Will helped me with my rental. Wonderful service I would like to give him 10 stars! Very professional, great customer service skills, explained prices and details about the rental. Thanks to the service I received, I'll be renting from enterprise in the future!

  Will could not have been more helpful and informative. There was a young lady that showed me how to operate this particular make/model which was totally different from my Lexus and answered all my mundane questions. I’m over 70, so I had plenty of them. Having Entrrprise inside your collision repair center could not have been easier. And their employees were willing to go the extra mile with others waiting to get their rentals. Thank you!

  After a recent accident I needed a rental car. The Enterprise location at the Westside Lexus Collision center was located across the freeway from where I dropped off my car. Enterprise picked me up and got me in the rental quickly. Will kept me posted throughout the process and could not have been more pleasant and professional to work with. Highly recommend!
