Was trying to be understanding but then the branch manager told me it was my fault that I made a reservation so late, even after I got a confirmation email from enterprise. No accountability for the communication gap. Ended up calling the enterprise escalation line and got a credit to make up for the uber rides there and back. I would avoid this branch just based on my interaction with the branch manager, clearly does not know how to work with customers
