  Jason was very helpful today. I do appreciate him. I also want to thank Ross for picking me up from work as well. This is my second time picking up a vehicle at this location. Krystal was awesome with my first reservation. Thank you guys!

  Very frustrating experience. I needed a bigger size car, and Kristal, the manager, wouldn’t allow me to get into one. I’ve rented plenty of cars here before with no issues at all, so this was really disappointing and confusing. The lack of flexibility and customer service made the situation worse. I expected better based on my past experiences here.

  I don’t have enough good things to say about this location. I have rented with them going on my second time and the process is always smooth and straightforward. Krystal was the best part about this whole rental experience for this go-around. When I came in she was the only one on staff but she didn’t let that prevent her from offering AMAZING customer service. The car I rented was clean and up to date. I experienced a hiccup with the backup camera and Krystal was overly responsive and ready to accommodate me if I felt like the hiccup would prevent me from staying on the road. I was contacted at about the midpoint of my rental agreement to make sure I didn’t need anything. We are all human and there was a small hiccup on my final receipt and I reached out to have it resolved and within 30 minutes of the store opening the matter was resolved with an amazing attitude. I normally don’t leave reviews but this branch manager deserves all the accolades.
