  The gentleman was very nice and polite. I had spoken with him concerning my handicap and the need to have a proper vehicle before I arrived. I had one that fit my needs. Upon my return there was a different gentleman in the office and he too was very polite and professional. Thank you so much. I will continue to rent from Enterprise when the need arises.

  I can't missed the fact to speak on my experience with Enterprise Car Rental at Nissan Central. I was in a fender bender and called to get information I had the pleasure of speaking with Dakota Beene and even though I wasn't renting the car yet he still had patience and answered every question along with certain options to take before coming in. Weeks passed and I needed more information and ended up speaking with David Cruz another rep at the location that was very detailed and helpful. To make it short finally when I came in to move forward they both remembered me by call, these gentlemen have and give great customer service. For it to just be themselves in the office they move (with good service) in a timely manner. They don't have you waiting - if you are waiting it's due to the customer not having correct information. I watched how they assisted several customers at once (multi tasking-getting them in & out) but was still being courteous to everyone. I would give them both more than five stars if I could, great job guys! Keep up the good work greatly appreciate it
