The local management is no help, is was simply rushed off the phone and told there was nothing he could do. I've been calling the customer service line for months and still nothing. This is the worst car rental experience I've ever had.

Always no one is answering and I get the voicemail is full. I can’t leave a message. This is unprofessional at all. And very disappointing.
