I had to exchange my car at a different location and the other location wouldn’t even answer their phone…ever. Kae answered me immediately and got in touch with them on my behalf. She also helped with payment methods and refunds on unused days.

- DLdionne louisNov 23, 20251.0I Rented from. Enterprise NRG Park on Wednesday November 19, 2025. I was Very Disappointed with this Rental Experience. The day of my rental I picked the car up 4pm. They gave me a Rental that was Damaged, but Not Visibly although I noticed the damage. My rental is for one day only. The day the rental was due back they started calling me at 12 and calls and texts messages continued until 1:30pm. I did Not give NRG Park any indication my rental would Not be returned when expected. I Call them back to Ask why are they calling me incessantly. I have Rented from Enterprise about 23 times this year alone. I was Pissed 😡. I take the rental back 2 hours Early. Yanny the Branch Manager was Cold, Indifferent, and just Did Not Care. She Told me she Removed my number from Text messages when I Never asked her to do so. I have Never experienced these type of issues with ANY of my Previous Rentals. I Felt like I was being Harassed. She Smirked and whispered something to the employee as I was waiting to be given a ride home. She Does Not Need that Leadership Role. She sets the standard, the tone and the level of what kind of customer service will be delivered to total strangers. As for Me it was by far the Worst Rental experience given by a stand alone Enterprise location. She didn’t even Thank Me and they made sure I didn’t receive the text message to Rate My Experience.

The vehicle was clean, reliable, and ready on time—no stress, no hassle. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service, but they exceeded my expectations in every area. I will definitely be renting with her again and recommending her to everyone I know! If you want top-tier customer service and a smooth rental experience, this is the company to trust!
