  Service was excellent! ED and Kayla is truly a customer service driven professional. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm both at pickup and return. This was the best experience I’ve had with a rental company in a long time. Someone there clearly knows how to hire exceptional people.

  Smooth pickup and dropoff process; initially car had a problem that was promptly taken car of and swapped for another, with no problems afterwards.

  Very positive rental car experience. Kay was very kind and helpful. In and out with keys very quickly. After hours return was also convenient and easy. Kay called back the next day to make sure the experience was fine as I had expressed nervousness driving Jeep Wrangler (?) since I did not specify a type of car. At pick up, Kay did express empathy and attempted to find an alternative. Car itself was clean and modern. I will definitely continue to rent from them and encourage others to do the same.

  My experience at Enterpride, Greenbrier/ Medical Center location has always been excellent! The staff is consistently professional, helpful, and friendly!

  Kae is excellent to work with. She answers calls and texts promptly which is very much appreciated. I had to exchange my car at a different location and the other location wouldn’t even answer their phone…ever. Kae answered me immediately and got in touch with them on my behalf. She also helped with payment methods and refunds on unused days.
