  This location is absolutely TERRIBLE and is ran by a bunch of kids. Booked a rental at this location because the airport was sold out and every class of car was available. I booked a premium car and when I arrived, I was offered a Mitsubishi or the option to cancel. I was informed they had no cars, so I asked why every class of car was available on their website site if they had nothing available? Every other location stated it was sold out. Why couldn’t this location do the same if it had no cars? Fast forward, I took the Mitsubishi so I could get to work but the tire had a nail in it. I didn’t realize until after work because it was a slow leak. The tire was completely flat, which caused me to have to refill air after each drive because of course the location was closed by then also. The next morning I returned the vehicle and notified them of the tire. After several hours of waiting for an email receipt, I called.. only to be hung up on 2 times before someone actually spoke with me. The ticket had not yet been closed out, which would’ve caused me to accrue another day of charges. This location definitely needs to be restructured and re-trained on numerous customer service skills

  I have rented twice from this location. Each time, has been a very positive experience. J.T., the assistant manager was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, courteous and professional. She went above and beyond on helping me with my reservation. Also, a huge shout out to Phillip S. for assisting me with the checkout and checkin of the rental vehicle. He was very friendly and courteous and was a true gentleman by opening the door for my wife when we got into the vehicle. We talked in the vehicle about common interest as he drove us to the body shop to pickup my vehicle. He is an outstanding guy!

  Always the best experience with Enterprise. I have been a loyal customer for 8+ years and will continue to use only enterprise. Amazing and helpful staff! Always willing to accommodate, i have never once had a bad experience!
