They allowed an elderly man to yell at me and verbally abuse me because I was defending myself. I was giving a car with faulty seat belts. Imagine if I had died at the hands of enterprise because they allowed me to leave with an unsafe vehicle and THEN allowed me to get bullied by the entire team because they prioritize elderly men over women. Sick.

I just went straight to the desk and gave them my ID and within 5 mins they handed me the car keys. Car Drop off : Its hassle free. I just handed over keys at the desk and within 3 mins they verified the car and gave me final bill and instantly sent me Bill. WALTER is a great guy who made my Drop off Easy. I am gonna come back to them again instead of airport long lines.

She didn't even take the time to refund her new associate did. He really calmed me down and kept apologizing. At this point I dont feel save with my card info in Enterpise systems. They encouraged and cheered each other on through the stress. I also appreciated the time they took to go over the car and the paperwork with me. I did not feel rushed. Thank you for all you do! It made a rough time more bearable.
