I scheduled it for an hour out, but they were able to get me the rental and on my way within 15 minutes. All of the staff I talked to or met were very nice and helpful. The car was clean and well maintained. Text and email reminders allowed me to extend how long I had the car when my repairs took longer. Absolutely will use them in the future.
