    Was charged for “excessive miles” on my rental but when I booked it online it said unlimited miles but my contract had a mile limit. I rent from enterprise frequently and never been charged for excessive miles so I did not see this additional charge coming

    Just picked up a rental from this location for the first time. To start off, LOVE that they open at 730am. Second, Josh was kind, fast and excuded wonderful customer service to me!! All while I was on a business call myself and trying to multitask. Thank you for your service this morning!!!
