They tend to know what kind of cars I like and work on my behalf to get them for me. I rent on a regular basis for work and they are my number one choice for rental cars.

I was promised multiple times today that they would pick me up at my home, but the business is now closed and they never came. Josh at this location assured me he would be here between 5-5:30, but (of course) it didn’t happen. If y’all don’t have cars available or are unable to pick someone up for whatever reason, please just say that. Stop lying and making promises you don’t even intend to keep. We (the customers) also have things to do and people who rely on us. I spent all day on the phone with Enterprise (five total calls that totaled at least 2.5 hours). What kind of business runs like this, without any consideration for their customers? I now go into my second day without a vehicle, after already having missed work today. I absolutely must be in the office tomorrow, but I’m guessing I’ll have to Uber. This is a terrible business. Avoid it at all costs.
