  I recently rented a vehicle from the Beltway and I-10 location in Houston. Unfortunately, the car I was given was shaking severely while driving and did not feel safe, especially with my three children in the vehicle. That part of the experience was very stressful and concerning, as rental vehicles should be properly inspected and safe before being handed to customers. However, I want to specifically acknowledge Dez, who helped me when I returned the car. He was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful during the process. He made a frustrating situation much easier to handle, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me and my family.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise! Ben was incredibly helpful during the rental process and made everything smooth and stress-free when I picked up the car. He was professional, patient, and made sure I understood all the details. When it was time to return the vehicle, Taylor assisted me and was just as kind and efficient. The return process was quick, easy, and handled with great customer service. Both Ben and Taylor were friendly, professional, and truly made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from this location again. Highly recommend!

  Very disappointed with this location under the new management team. I rented vehicles here twice with this management, and both times the return time was documented incorrectly. One time I handed the keys directly to a rep midday, yet they recorded the return as the next day. Staff gave me different answers each time I called, and I was told they would correct it, but it has been almost a month with no help. I was also promised callbacks twice and never received one. To make things worse, the vehicle had a strong body odor smell, and no amount of Febreze helped. Avoid this location if you want accurate service and reliable support.
