  Mi experiencia fue muy buena quien nos atendieron muy profesionales en nuestro idioma muy atenta hizo todo para poder ayudarnos muy satisfecha La señorita Brittney nos atendió muy amable si volviéramos ir de vacaciones si volvemos otra vez a rentar y cuando la fuimos a entregar también el joven que nos atendió muy amable 😉

  Enterprise has to be the absolute WORST rental car company I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t recommend enterprise to anyone even if the rental was a dollar a day! They don’t care about how bad their customer service is, they don’t reach out after concerns or issues. I rented a car on Oct 9th to go on a birthday trip. My hotel reservations were also for the 9th. But guess what! I was unable to make that reservation. The car I rented, check engine like came on with a service message. Next thing I know me, my mom, my aunt and my daughter was stuck on a HIGHWAY with cars moving 60 MPH or more. It was a scary experience. Called enterprise road side assistance. Someone who had a heavy accent and clearly wasn’t understandable answered. There was some miscommunication between us and instead of getting us over to another agent we were SOMEHOW “disconnected” .. called back and the 2nd lady was a little better but definitely didn’t show concern. After finally getting passed the “are you in a safe location” which how can I be with all highway surrounding us, she sends our information to a towing company. This is transpiring in TEXAS, the tow driver reached out and asked us why would we need a tow from TENNESSEE to TEXAS. Which by this time delayed us from getting off of this busy highway. I let the lady know that she had gotten our location incorrect and this time we had been out there sorting things for 2 hours. Because we were started having issues so close to 6pm most branches were closed another issue we were not aware of that. The manager I’m assuming said the gas refund was included in my receipt.. guess she thought I couldn’t read. I called the 800 number they confirmed no gas refund was include. I’ve been calling going on 2 weekend now to refund my damn gas money

  Proceso rápido y fácil. No cargos inesperados. Si compras seguro a través de expedia informales con anticipación. Yo no pude utilizarlo, lo cancelé sin problemas antes de finalizar la reservación y usé mi seguro personal. Las jóvenes fueron muy amables y paciente al respecto. Al momento de retorno todo fue muy rápido y fácil. Recomendado 100% y definitivamente volveremos a utilizarlo. Rentamos una minivan y estaba en condiciones optimas. El personal sumamente profesional y amable. Des y la otra joven que no recuerdo su nombre fueron muy pacientes y amables cuando tuve el inconveniente y me explicaron con mucha amabilidad.
