    That female that you have At the front desk was an absolutely nightmare. She was extremely rude. She made faces, and you could tell. She just hates her job and the people she has to deal with. I made an appointment with your online team to pick up a vehicle at this location, and when I arrived, The female is upset over the fact that she called me twice, and I still showed up.. mind you I live right in front of this location, so I had no problem with commute. She didn’t proceeds to tell me that I can’t use a debit card if I’m gonna be dropping off a vehicle outside of the state, I’ll let her know that I’m going to the same state, and then she corrected herself and said that outside of the area. Which, to be honest, if as a professional, you’re letting me know that it’s not possible, then it’s not possible. However, After I told this female, that I’d like to just cancel, The female got a phone call, and instead of kindly, placing the Person on the phone on hold so that I can finish talking to her And go over the process of cancellation and answering any additional question that I may have after this inconvenience. She tells me to hold and then proceeds to have an entire conversation with the person on the phone. Even though I’m right in front of her face. When she hangs up, she starts hoping someone else and I had to abruptly, Ask her if she can at least finish helping me first. The female them, proceeded to tell me “ As you could see, I got a phone call, and I had to answer the phone call” Which is just unnecessary…. Yes, I obviously can see that you have a phone call, but you’re no longer on the phone, and you could still be Semi mediocre at your job. And at least ensure I don’t need anything…. I asked her if I was gonna get at least a confirmation that it was canceled, and she had an attitude and told me that she voided the transaction, and when she avoided The transaction that I’m not gonna get notified, and she started talking to me like This was common knowledge, and I should know this already. I reported this female with your corporate office, and I wanted to also leave a review. You often comment on other peoples reviews that you will be looking into the sort of things, so I genuinely hope that you do because that type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Primarily over the fact that I’m not being disrespectful to that female..

    Today was absolutely the last time booking a reservation for this location. I arrived to pick up my rental. I was shown to a vehicle with visible damage that was not cleaned on the inside at all. I was handed a key that was taped together. I went inside and asked if there were disinfectant wipes available. The assistant branch manager, Kayla offered to put me in another vehicle. Kayla became visibly agitated because of the situation. She began frowning and swinging the door open loudly each time she walked out or entered the building. The second vehicle had a recall, so I could not get into that vehicle. For the last vehicle, Kayla requested that I walk the car with her to make sure that it was “to my standard” before changing the paperwork. Since when did wanting to put a seatbelt on without getting some sticky unknown substance on my fingers become a matter of my standards?? I looked at the vehicle and it seemed fine. I made it down the road and the most horrible ammonia smell hit me in the face. Someone had urinated in the backseat. I took the vehicle to the location I should have went to in the beginning. They confirmed that someone had urinated in the backseat. The entire experience has been horrible. I have made a call to the regional manager to discuss the incident. The customer service that I received today was nonexistent. It is not my fault that there was something wrong with every vehicle I was being placed in today. The amount of attitude I received today was unacceptable.

    Had a reservation, and checkin online ahead of going down to pick up the car, but when I arrived there was no car available. Whats the point of a reservation if it doesn't reserve the car??? If you're late to check into a hotel they don't just delete your reservation??

    Horrible customer service. Went yesterday and called today, both times the front desk lady had a horrible attitude. Please replace people who don’t like their job. I told her I just needed a car the money wasn’t the issue, she told me it was a lot of pocket for what they have available and once I told her it wasn’t an issue I’ll pay she proceeds to tell me she has nothing available after she CLEARLY stated she had vehicles available. Went to a different location, on 610. You’re better off going there! :)
