  Process was easy had put my reservation about 2 months ago and when I arrived for check in I got exactly what I was expecting. Staff was friendly and I had no issue with the suv I was given I will definitely be coming back here

  We didn’t end up renting a car, but the staff member on duty was polite and highly professional. What really impressed us was that whenever she didn’t know the answer to a question, she promptly found a colleague who did. This approach felt very respectful and gave us full confidence in the advice we received. Highly recommended!

  My drop off time was 1pm and they locked up the gates before that and tried to double charge me for an extra day when they locked up early and tried to lie about it. they admitted to locking up at 12:55 and tried to dance around it. the absolute worst location i have ever been to and i absolutely will not be back.

  I had an amazing experience at this location. I have rented from here several times over the years, and the service has never been better than it is now. The manager and the team were exceptional during my visit on December 4. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress free. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The energy, professionalism, and overall customer care are a major improvement from the previous management. This is the best this location has ever been and I highly recommend it.

  One of the best car rental experiences I ever had. I almost read most the reviews of the this store before I decided to rent. And I explored many of other places as well. For the pricing this is the best. For the reviews I was a little bit confused but I said let’s give it a shot! I booked online for a Ford Edge or similar but it wasn’t available when I reach the store so they gave me a Jeep Wrangler which I absolutely love and want. From the beginning the guy was there he was welcoming and so kindly, he explain to me everything and answered all my questions. Deposit was 300 bucks and it will return within one business work day as they said. Car was clean and almost 3/4 gas full. This car was Twin Turbo so in 650 miles I drove I payed only 100 bucks 👌🏾 Before a day of returning back the car I received an email and SMS to confirm the drop off as scheduled or to extend the days more which is great and easy service for those changing their minds and want to extend 👍🏽 I returned the car with same gas level. The guy and girl there were super kind and friendly. In couple of minutes all set and car was returned. Thank you guys and for sure I will rent again 🙏🏽 Areas for improvement: the main door lock of the store I think needs to be fixed because it is noisy when open and close.
