    Incredibly kind people across the board from the shuttle to departure. Was able to easily make a last minute reservation and had many rental options to choose from. I’m so shocked by the efficiency!

    We were helped by Alexis Sorrell and she provided the best service possible! We upgraded from our original reservation and she explained the difference in price. The entire process was smooth and very easy. We will definitely return to this location and ask for her.

    I reserved an Audi or BMW for 5 days, however they did not have the luxury sedans available. We were given a Hyundai Elantra and they were unable to change the daily rate so we paid luxary price for a regular rental. Do not reserve a luxary vehicle online at this location or else this can happen to you. This is not the fault of the staff, they were very nice

    I had the best experience here.. I think Ms. Pam was was her name.. she was so helpful and kind to to my babygirl and me.. I forgot the other young ladies name and manager who helped make this stressful trip a lot easier. Thank You Guys and Gals.. I truly appreciate all of you!

    From the time Shannon (airport shuttle driver) to Emily (pick up car) to Rose Aguilar (extend reservation)- it was smooth sailing. Very courteous, professional & proficient services. In my 40+ years of car rental - most pleasant service ever. Emily is exceptional- very friendly, patient & attentive. Excellent manager in training. Sorry- forgot the name of the lady at the check out kiosk. Another exemplary service!!
