  Enterprise at Hobby Airport is the WORSE. The manager (young Caucasian lady) was very dismissive, misleading and untrustworthy. To be contacted 2 days before I am set to pick up my rental stating I might not have one is RIDICULOUS. No communication from them until I called or when I picked up my rental. The manager lied and said she spoke with me about fees and she had never mentioned anything of the such to me. When I asked her when we were to have had this discussion her response was “I thought we talked about it”. The fact that this happened during the holiday blew my mind and almost ruined my family’s vacation. I did everything I could to make the process easy including pre check, having my documentation available when I arrived and coming prior to my reserved time as suggested by the manager, it still took almost 2 hours to check out. Not to mention this location was no busy at the time. No customers in sight and at-least 6 employees standing around talking to one another. . Manager took no ownership or responsibility. THE WORSE experience I’ve EVER had with Enterprise.

  I rent alot at Hobby Airport.This place is phenomenal. People smile and you can tell they are genuine. The cars are brand new. They carry your bags and load your car. The young lady at the lot exit gave us the biggest smile as we left. Cameron Goodwin was impeccable in his customer service. What a gentleman. Great choice of vehicles. Hats off to a well oiled machine. You should all be very proud!

  Absolutely Terrible & Unsafe Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Houston Airport during my Texas trip. During one single rental, I had to change cars TWICE because both vehicles broke down. • The first car broke down in the middle of the night, forcing us to drive back to the airport late at night, completely ruining our rest and causing serious stress. • The second car broke down again in Austin. This clearly shows that the vehicles were NOT properly inspected before being rented out, which is dangerous, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Renting a car should never put customers’ safety at risk. Because of these issues: • Our travel plans were repeatedly disrupted • Our airport return schedule was delayed • We lost valuable vacation time dealing with problems that should NEVER happen To make things worse, I accidentally left a personal cup in the car. I called for two full days, and no one answered the phone. The after-service support was terrible. I also contacted Enterprise to request compensation for: • Unsafe vehicles • Major inconvenience • Time and energy wasted They told me the case was “escalated to a manager,” yet NO ONE ever contacted me. Zero follow-up. Zero responsibility. In summary: • Unsafe vehicles • Poor maintenance • Extremely unprofessional handling • No customer care • No accountability This is one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and choose another rental company.

  I drove over an hour to this location hoping to resolve a serious issue, only to be very disappointed by the treatment I received. I had already changed cars multiple times due to a strong smoke smell that caused eye irritation. The only solution offered was a downgrade from a Jeep Compass to a Corolla, which was unsuitable for a 10-day trip. I eventually had to go to George Bush Airport, where a helpful employee switched me to a Ford Escape that was at least usable. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable

  They got me in a replacement rental really fast and were nice for the most part. My issue comes with the lack of integrity. Integrity means being honest, having strong moral principles, and acting consistently with your values, even when no one is watching which some staff showed. I will take 1000% accountability for not double checking the backseat of the vehicle when I removed my other items but I did receive an emergency call while I was getting my replacement. I ended up leaving items I received from my doctor the day before. I drove back to pick it up and they were cool about it but definitely keep my pain medicine from him. My oldest child let me know after the fact he left his PS5 in the back as well. So I had to go back to get it as well. My issue is they cleaned out the car and knew more items than what I asked for was left behind because they BOTH were in the backseat together. So why not be honest and give me all of my stuff the first time? That’s very trashy and gives bunny honestly. I can take accountability for not double checking again but trying to keep stuff YOU KNOW FOR A FACT YOU FOUND AND WASNT YOURS IS A TERRIBLE LOOK FOR YOUR COMPANY. Yes I got the PS5 back eventually but if integrity was applied from the beginning of me coming to ask for my items I wouldn’t be posting this review. Retrain your staff and do better for the people who work hard for their stuff just as yall do.
