  They accidentally charged my car $862, assured me once they voided The transaction that my funds will be available in 24 hours. Well that was on Thursday, February 26 and today my account is still overdrawn. My vacation in Houston was ruined!!! before I requested an upgrade. I specifically ask Netta would the friends and family discount transfer once she upgraded it, She advised me that it would and that the $400 deposit will be waived. Well, both of those was a lie then after she ruined my account and my vacation proceeded to tell me that she is a trainee and this was a learning experience for her. I need enterprise to make sure their employees are FULLY trained and knowledgeable before dealing with people’s lives.

  Not too happy with my experience. Our company rents 100's of vehicles annually from Enterprise. When I picked up my vehicle at Bush in Houston on Tuesday, the young lady said there would be a deposit, which I've never experienced in 20 years of rentals from Enterprise. I knew my bill for 3 days would be around $331.00. I received an alert from my credit card company for a charge of $731.00, so a $400 deposit on a rental of $331. I received credit when I returned the vehicle, but I had to pay 3 days of interest on $400 that I wouldn't normally. Is this a new policy? May have to explore other options if so.

  Terrible!!! Our flight was delayed we were assured we were advised by customer care that the location would wait to be able to give us our vehicle. You had an employee onsite when we arrived and they advised they were the only one working and could not give us the car. CC said we would be reimbursed the cost of taking an Uber and filed an incident report on this location. My wife spoke with manager Mercedes who was very unhelpful said she could do nothing as the reservation is closed. She also said her supervisor Trey would do nothing for this. Customer care continues to refer us to the store as its their issue they claim. Enterprise has no customer service has no idea how to work as a team and get resolutions for the customer. They continue to pass the buck. Galveston manager of Enterprise is excellent should take over this horrible location.

  Awful!!! The worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. Our flight was evacuated due to the plane breaking. We called enterprise while awaiting our replacement plane boarding and they assured us that the location was open until 1 am but that someone would stay until up to 2 hrs after 1 am as they know flights get delayed. We were assured this by customer care. We arrived at 130 divided and my husband went to pick up the car an enterprise employee was there and said he cannot give out the cars as he is there alone. I said what’s the point of you being there then. Called customer service and they said the location would reimburse us for our uber to Galveston. Did not receive contact from the location to provide uber receipt decided to stop back at our return flight and the most unhelpful manager Mercedes provided no assistance (states it was closed already)at all and stated this would not be an issue for her manager to get involved in as well. Zero resolution zero customer service. Would not recommend this enterprise location at all!

  Only compliant is that if you have a flight delay and are planning to arrive later than when they close, they will tell you that they will wait for you but won’t. We were stranded at the IAH rental car hub because enterprise closed at 1am. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 11pm, and when I heard about the delay, I even called Enterprise and asked if someone was still going to be there to check us in. They said “yes, we have your flight information so someone will be there to wait and check you in”. Of course, this was not the case. We had to uber to our hotel after finding out that no one was there. I get the flight delay wasn’t their fault, but at least tell us that up front so we didn’t have to waste time taking the shuttle to the hub and finding out that no one was there. You need to be upfront and honest to your customers. Other than that fiasco, it was fine, but I wouldn’t use them again if my flight was coming in later at night and there was a chance that I might not arrive before they close.
