  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service at Enterprise. The staff at the office was very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The process was quick and easy, and the vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and reliable. Great quality cars and outstanding customer service. I will definitely rent with them again and highly recommend them.

  I was skeptical before renting but the overall experience was very wonderful. Christopher was very helpful and took the time to attend to customers in the store in a very professional manner. The customer service provided by Christopher was excellent and hassle-free. Any doubts I initially had about renting a car in general was completely gone. I would highly recommend and rent again from this Enterprise.

  Rented a MiniVan seven seater for 24h. Agent Chris was very polite and helpful and managed whole process enjoyable. Car were ready at the pickup time clean and in perfect condition. Many thanks to whole team and special thanks to Chris.

  This Enterprise scams its customers. They never provided me with a receipt after I returned the rental car. Further they charged $500 to my card without notifying me (this is very deceptive because if the fees are for damage to the vehicle, consumers are allowed to provide evidence that they did not cause the damage). I called multiple times over several weeks to inquire about the charges and why I was not notified or even given a receipt, and received no help. Eventually they stated they didn't know why their policy was not followed or why I was not notified. When asked again about the charges they stated it was because I buffed out scratches on the car (I do not own a buffer and do not know how to use one). I told them multiple times I have pictures/videos of the car when I picked it up that will show the damage prior to me renting it. They stated they could not refund my $500 even though I had proof that I did not cause the damage. At this point I am done dealing with them and will likely have to go to small claims court in addition to filing a complaint with the BBB and Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. If you have to use Enterprise for some reason, avoid this location at all costs.
