I’ve been through a lot with my rental situation recently, and I can honestly say that if it weren’t for these two, the experience would have been overwhelming. KJ, the Rental Manager, and Jordaine, the Assistant Manager, have gone above and beyond for me in every way possible. They didn’t just “do their job”—they showed real compassion, urgency, and commitment to making sure I was taken care of. From the moment I walked into the office, they made me feel heard, supported, and prioritized. Every concern I had was addressed immediately, every question was answered with patience, and every issue was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. They consistently followed up, stayed on top of everything, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. People like KJ and Jordaine are rare. I had no accidents, no dings, nada! They haven't called or emailed to say anything...I have no clue what they're referring to and I'm pissed!!! Letter doesn't say what damage to which car they're referring to..they were the most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with at an Enterprise..and I'm going to fight this...b.s. fm 529 is the worst!
