    I had a Ford Escape rent it out I really was a very good car. Also I had Christana helping me with all the process she was very good, friendly very helpful with everything she explained evry detail. I'm pleased with everything I had a very good car.

    I typically rent from more economical car rental companies, but since my insurance was covering part of the cost, I thought it would be a nice treat to go with Enterprise. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed. While the customer service was excellent, the condition of the two vehicles I rented was below standard. I rented two cars back-to-back, and both had a foggy film on the inside of the windshield that the wipers couldn’t clear. This made driving at night difficult and unsafe. The first vehicle also had stains on the seats and leftover hay in the back from a previous renter. It was also missing a registration sticker; something we didn’t notice until my family was packing up for a trip. By then it was a weekend, so getting a replacement wasn’t possible. The second vehicle had mucus stains on the back seat windows and a gummy residue in a small nook under the AC panel. These issues were minor but still unpleasant. The staff members were friendly and the cars ran fine, but the vehicles really need more thorough cleaning and inspection. I initially planned to extend my rental, but after two weeks I decided to discontinue. I’ll likely return to my usual, more affordable rental company, which has consistently provided better value. I hope this feedback is helpful.

    They came and picked me up from the vehicle shop I was at and brought me to their enterprise location to rent a vehicle. I wasnt able to get what I was hoping for and expecting as they turned out to not have it, however they offered me to swap vehicles out once they got one. They were quick and friendly and got me in something decent.
