Filed a dispute and it kept going around them claiming it was refunded. On the transaction receipt it says Amex refund but the funds were never deposited in my account. I informed the bank and they also saw no pending transactions. Would never again rent with Enterprice again. I should had just left the car under a bridge instead of returning it, for yall to find it with the GPS tracker instead.

There were quite a few of us and she let us know with a smile that she was the only one there and she’d try to get us out as quick as possible. She made the whole process easy and although I was there for about an hour I feel like it could’ve been longer considering there were 5 of us waiting. Next time I’m in need of a rental I will be coming to this Enterprise specifically!
