Based on what I personally witnessed and experienced, I believe their customer service practices are misleading and unfair—especially toward elderly customers and Spanish speakers. The vehicle my parents received was not the one I reserved, and they weren't given no clear explanation or meaningful alternative. The car they were provided was in poor condition, with existing damage that was apparently present at pick-up. Despite pointing this out, I felt pressured to accept the vehicle. Later, those same damages were used against me for billing purposes, which feels extremely deceptive. What concerned me most was the way customer service handled the situation. Representatives were dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen. On more than one occasion, customer service representatives hung up on me or spoke over me, refusing to let me fully explain the issue. This behavior is unacceptable. I also observed what felt like discriminatory treatment toward elderly customers and Spanish speakers, with less patience, less explanation, and fewer options being offered. No customer should feel disrespected, rushed, or taken advantage of because of their age or language. At minimum, this company needs to seriously reevaluate its staff training, vehicle inspection practices, and customer complaint process. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and honesty—none of which I experienced here.
