- CJCharmel JonesFeb 19, 20261.0Originally, I was not going to leave a review, but after receiving another charge from you today I have decided to voice my frustration. This is the second time I’ve had problems from this particular Enterprise so I will not be returning. The first time, I had to return a car because it was not properly cleaned and I got an allergic reaction due to pet hair that was in the back seat. My latest experience was not positive at all. I was given a new car and notified to return it after one day for “maintenance,” then asked to pay for the gas difference, which I refused. I then had to settle for an SUV which made me uncomfortable and the fuel gauge was almost empty. I had to request that they put more gas in the car, after it was suggested that I do it. One inconvenience after another and now I’m being charged $70 for tolls when I have an EZ tag account! I was not informed about this additional daily expense, nor that there was an option to link the car to my account. I am completely unsatisfied by my experience!
