- BPBrittney PalaciosSep 25, 20251.0I was rear ended 08.25, today 09.25 marks a month that I have been in a rental from Enterprise. The first vehicle was fine, however I had to exchange it because the service light came on, and the horn did not work. This was not safe. The second rental was given to me and immediately had the tire pressure light turn on. Filled it with air several times until discount tire told me the tire had a nail. I was going to travel out of town, so I exchanged the vehicle for a third rental vehicle. Before they released it to me, they stated the tire light was on so they added air. That vehicle was fine on the 3 hour drive to Austin, and then parked for 3 days while in Austin. I did not drive it during my stay, however upon attempting to travel back, once again the tire pressure light turned on at psi 17. Took it to discount tire in Austin, who said two whole tires needed to be replaced as one had an impact bubble and one had been repaired but the repair was leaking air. I am convinced that the vehicles are not inspected for safety before released to the customer. They almost sent me to Enterprise to get a 4th vehicle, but luckily the discount tire here has a contract with Enterprise so they were able to replace the tires. The wait to replace tires in an hour and a half. I’m wasting my time here replacing tires when this should have been done before releasing the vehicle to me! Unimpressed. Very disappointed that they would put me in 3 vehicles that each had their own issues. Do better!! *note the third vehicle was picked up from the airport location because when I tried to exchange it at this location they said they were out of cars!
