They were very rude and dismissive, barely made eye contact. Very apathetic to our issues (which they never truly asked what was wrong with the vehicle!) I watched them interact with another customer and they were very flat and just down right unhappy to be there. When it go to our turn they informed us we’d have to wait even longer for a replacement. I was already annoyed with them from the fact they didn’t even say hello or acknowledge us when we walked in. So I said forget it and left. I ended up keeping our rental and when I dropped it off at our original location, they apologized profusely for their actions.

The last time I attempted to deal with them a few months ago, had the same issues, decided to drive to the location while on hold to find the store empty with 2 employees sitting behind the counter just talking to each other.
