I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience for anyone considering buying a used car from Enterprise.
I purchased my car in March 2024, and while everything seemed fine at first, problems started quickly. Within three months, the battery died, costing me about $300 (which was later reimbursed). Then came an oil pressure leak repair in December (covered by Enterprise), followed by a radio replacement in March 2025 that cost me $1,400, and a coolant reservoir replacement in July for $464. It’s been constant issues every couple of months, which is just not what you expect from a supposedly reliable company. This isn't even the last of it.
When my battery first died, the salesman who originally sold me the car, did briefly check in, but quickly passed everything off to the sales manager. It became clear he cared more about the sale than my long-term satisfaction as a customer.
Later on, when I was told to come back to Enterprise, I thought we’d be working out a solution for all the problems I’d experienced. Instead, I was paired with a fast-paced salesman trying to sell me another car, suggesting a trade-in even though my current car had a depreciated value. Without my consent, he also ran my credit, resulting in two hard inquiries. When I mentioned that my sister also bought from Enterprise and never had these issues, his response was, “Dang, it just seems like you got a bad one.”
When I brought my concerns to the sales manager, he initially seemed understanding, but his attitude completely changed later on, becoming hostile and dismissive, even implying I wasn’t telling the truth. After everything I’ve been through, that was extremely disheartening.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of honesty. I trusted Enterprise to sell me a dependable car and stand behind it, but instead, I’ve been left with nonstop repairs, stress, and a liability vehicle. I truly hope Enterprise takes accountability and treats customers with more integrity moving forward.
