    I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and had an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient from the beginning. The car was very clean and in great condition, and what I really appreciated was that they took the time to make sure I actually liked the vehicle.     I recently rented what was described as a mid-sized vehicle from Enterprise. While the service was smooth, I did notice that the vehicle provided felt more like a lifted car than what I’d traditionally consider a mid-size. In other words, the category didn’t quite match my expectations. That would be my only piece of feedback: a little more clarity on what ‘mid-size’ means in terms of the actual vehicle type would be helpful for future rentals.
