I rent often due to the nature of my job and don’t mind driving all the way from Katy to rent from this location. Thanks again for all you guys do.

I found a Honduras passport in the middle console, which I immediately turned into the male agent on Saturday afternoon. The car’s gas tank was half filled, which caused me to stop to fill up to manage my trip. This is a lack of company customer service. The agents; however, upon picking up and returning the vehicle, were both amazing and provided great, actual customer service.
