I was required to wait inside an environment with an extremely unpleasant odor, comparable to a high school locker room. The smell made the wait uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very poor experience.

I don’t have names but the young African American lady and Hispanic guy were so kind and helpful!! I rented a car for a road trip from Houston to Pensacola and it was a very nice 2025 Ford Explorer..so comfy and clean!! Thank you for making my rental experience here so easy!!
