  I had a great experience with them. The car was in excellent condition and ran perfectly the entire time I had it. There were no issues at all. It was clean and reliable. Trey Richardson who helped me with the process was very kind, professional, and welcoming. He made the entire check-in and check-out process smooth, quick, and stress-free. His excellent customer service made the whole experience even better. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this location.

  Darion showed absolutely outstanding service. Very professional and patient with us as we were new to the car rental process. He made the process smooth and stress free! He went above and beyond to make sure we got a reliable and clean vehicle for a good rate. I truly appreciate his help and would recommend this location solely based off our experience with him.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, thanks to Trey Richardson, a management trainee who was outstanding from start to finish. My reservation was honored without any issues, and Trey even provided an upgrade at a competitive price. The vehicle was clean, checkout was seamless, and the entire process was efficient and stress-free. Trey was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused throughout the interaction. This is exactly the level of service you hope for when renting a car. Highly recommend working with Trey if you have the opportunity.

  I usually have a great experience with Enterprise, but this time was very off-putting. I reserved a compact SUV a month before my reservation. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that I would have to take a sedan, because "It's first come, first serve" and they didn't have anymore SUVs. I was also told that they could only call other locations within 40 miles to find a car, but I could try to find one myself and trade the sedan. I drove to 2 other locations who couldn't help and then I called customer service. The customer service rep told me that a regional manager would find me a compact SUV and call me to give me the location to pick it up by EOD. I was never contacted. I called back and was told that the rep would reach out to the Hobby airport location, because it was the only location still open near me and I would have an answer within the next 2 hours. I was never contacted. I called back and a lady named Mildred told me to just drive to the hobby location to see if they could help in person. They could. I am frustrated with the lack of helpfulness from everyone I spoke to until I got to Mildred. I am upset that I had to basically find the car myself when the Hobby airport location is 14 miles from the Greenway location, which is well within the 40 mile radius they had to find a vehicle for my reservation. But thank you to Mildred in customer service and the rep at the hobby airport location, who made a truly difficult day better immediately.
