  Terrible service! My daughter and I came in to get a rental car for a few hours 2/13 to get me to Dallas. We discussed the drop off fee is at the receiving location discretion. We went back and forth about the reservation included the drop fee but The manager swore that he was unable to complete a one way reservation ad made a complete new reservation! I do it every time I come to Houston with no issue by the way! The whole interaction was uncomfortable honestly. I get to Dallas at the Desoto location and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I even got a ride back to my job from the Enterprise. They assured me I’d receive my full 300 deposit back in 3-5 business days everything looked good, and I in fact did get the deposit back. Lo and behold the manager at the Fondren location that gave us a hard time to start , recharged my card 345 dollars! This isn’t surprising giving his energy when we rented the car! I have been a long time customer to Enterprise and never have I ever experienced this im so upset. My company even uses Enterprise! So much money has been given to this Company on our behalf. Not only did he go back and take the deposit that was returned he added another 45 dollars!!!! He completely tarnished our relationship with Enterprise! New location manager or not this is not how enterprise handles their customers!!!!I need this rectified immediately!!!!

  Great experience dropping off my rental. Thank you Fatou for going out of your way to drop me off at the dealership up the street to pick up my car at the dealership!

  if i could give more i would, always great service and most recently Kelsey brought excellent service but smiles to everyone. (sorry if i spelled your name wrong)
