  Outstanding experience from start(Amanda) to finish (Dustin). The Enterprise (Katy @ Kirkwood) team made the entire rental process smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which I really appreciated. Requested an hour extension and staff didn’t blink or up charge me. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels this attentive and effortless. I’ll absolutely be using Enterprise again and highly recommend this location to anyone needing a reliable rental car.

  Amanda or whatever her name is, very unprofessional. I had a reservation 2 days before picking my car. I was asked if I wanted something specic or any car. I said any car is fine. The guy who I was talking to on the phone said well here are the options we have and mentioned a couple of cars and prices. And after he mentioned the cars they have, he said he can book me a Honda civic. I said thats fine with me. He said go to this enterprise they will have the car ready for you when you arrive. I got there, I met Amanda and I was asked for the car and she told me they dont have such a car. That whoever made the reservation lied to me. She offered a mits mirage, I asked for an exchange to something else if they dont have the Honda civic. She said they dont have any other options that I should just take the mits. And since I was in a hurry to go to work. I took the car and called later for an exchange. They lied they will look into it and never did. Amanda does not listen to the customer, all she hurries to do is rent the car and move to the next. Gave me the ugliest of all the car I've ever driven in my life. In this century, they rent cars that have no value and yet they charge you high. Please do better with your rental cars. Upgrade them!! The mirage had a very strong unpleasant smell. Tried using little trees to alleviate the smell. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

  I had an issue with the car I rented but had to drive it 4 hours away to my destination. The next day I was able to exchange it for a car that suited my needs. The office I rented it from also adjusted my bill and made it right with me. 5 stars for proper customer service which is so hard to come by these days.
