- GGgisellaDec 7, 20251.0If I could give zero or even a negative five stars I would. Avoid renting from this specific location, you’re better off at Avis or Budget Car rental down the street. I came in to rent an SUV (specifically requested with car play) to pick up at 11 AM. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to get the car ready. When I received the car it was disgusting and dirty, had no gas, did not have CarPlay, and smelled like cigarettes. I came back trying to switch out my car to another one and they had none and told me to call early morning. I have called 5-6x every morning over the weekend and they now refuse to pick up my call. Extremely unprofessional. I’ve rented cars all over the US for work and never been more dissatisfied.
