- NJNessie Jones6 days ago1.0I just had a horroble experience with asssistant manager, Son. This manager refused a rental due to "policy," but this has never been the case previously. Our family has rented from multiple locations, including this location. This refusal was clearly racially motivated, as this manager happily rented cars to several white customers while we were denied. Absolutely disgusting. I went ahead and deleted my previous 5 star review for this location posted 6 years ago, because the quality of the service has plummented. Do better, Enterprise.
