I ordered this hours ago and now they have made me late . I’m highly upset at enterprise lack of professionalism.

The fact that he was well mannered, and very polite and professional was a plus , the amount of time I was in there I was amazed 5 minutes max. Sun answered every one of my questions, and I was set to go. On arrival to drop the rental off , I was greeted by agent Lucas , also very personal and great customer service . With these kind of people the rental car process runs smoothly, and I will indeed be returning… that’s what you call teamwork.. Thank you Enterprise Staff!
