  Customer service is of paramount importance to me. I would like to commend our customer service representative, Malayja Jackson, who took the initiative to reach out to me before my scheduled appointment at the dealership. Her demeanor was both pleasant and welcoming, which significantly influenced my decision to maintain the appointment. Upon my arrival, her cordiality was evident, characterized by a warm smile and thoughtful questions aimed at determining my vehicle of interest. She demonstrated effective time management while maintaining consistent engagement and offering refreshments throughout our interaction. Her extensive knowledge of the vehicles presented, coupled with her intentional effort to highlight their features and amenities, played a crucial role in facilitating the sales process. Despite the vehicle appearing to be clean upon my arrival, she proactively ensured that it was re-washed and presented with a full tank of gas. She provided a comprehensive overview of the entire process, which included discussions on financial institution options, interest rates, financing alternatives, GAP coverage, and insurance requirements. Malayja clearly conveyed that her role involved not only making sales but also ensuring that the overall customer experience was equally gratifying. This employee exhibited exemplary work ethics and should be considered a model for training modules for all incoming sales representatives. I wish to express my gratitude for restoring my belief in the presence of common courtesy and humility in customer interactions. It is noteworthy that she was concurrently managing a significant personal commitment—her daughter's second birthday party—yet she maintained unwavering professionalism while acutely aware that our meeting was making her late.   I went to Enterprise Car Sales after a guy told me that they have really good cars. I had been doing research online for my next vehicle, but I was ready to see what was actually on the lots. I went to car sales department and I was greeted by Travis. He offered me something to drink and a seat at his desk. We went over my list of must haves, extras and budget. He gave me some tips and advice. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles. I had a few more dealerships to run by, but we were so comfortable with Travis we decided that he would get the sale. Not only did I get what I needed in a car, but we also built a rapport with a great person.

  Malayja proved to be knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot and made excellent recommendations based on my requirements. Her personality, laughter, and overall joyful attitude made purchasing a vehicle from that particular dealership enjoyable and rewarding. Her customer service far out weighed the service at the other dealerships I visited while shopping for a vehicle. Hats off to Malala.
