I am now getting an attorney involved because this has been on going for nearly 3 months now with no body to return calls or emails to fix the problem.

I made an appointment and the associate was named Dixie. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have my first time experience with buying a car from Enterprise. Enterprise a decent amount of vehicles to choose from in the style I wanted. I chose one but there was no pressure to make me get that one. I inquired about another and there was no hesitation to show me another vehicle (I just got the location wrong, but she did offer up to get it sent to Humble) .

Although she was not approved, we later discovered that her application outcome was shared with someone outside of the transaction. This breach of privacy was extremely embarrassing and unacceptable. Customers trust that their personal and financial information will be handled professionally and confidentially. Sharing such information outside the dealership is unprofessional and demonstrates a serious lapse in privacy standards. We have contacted Enterprise corporate and the Manager to address this matter and expect that steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Privacy, professionalism, and respect for customers must always be a priority.

But with his manager Courtney Carter, absolute TERRIBLE manager as far as customer service. I got my car and as of 2 days of having it it was making some rubbing/clunking noise underneath so I brought it back up there to get it fixed. Long story short after dropping my car off with them Courtney Carter completely GHOSTED me the following day. No communication what so ever. All my text were not saying delivered anymore and my calls were going straight to voicemail which I can only assume he blocked me and for what reason I have absolutely no idea. Literally didn’t hear from him again once after dropping my car off it got to the point I had to contact Adrian to get any updates and I’m so grateful for his help. I even asked Adrian to have Courtney reach out to me and still no reply. And to put the cherry on top when I went to finally pick up my car 2 weeks later I walked in and asked for Courtney and he was there at the time and the person said he would be right out but yet he never came out to great me and instead yet again Adrian came to the rescue an got me my car. Thank you Adrian for all your help and if anything Adrian needs to be the manager in that place because the way Courtney treated a buying customer, he ain’t it. 2 Thumbs down.
