  Aaron, got me set up with the appointment but upon my arrival he was handling another customer so he asked Jan to take care of me and she did just that! She was very welcoming and went above and beyond to get the deal done. JJ did his big one with the bank and the rest was history! So grateful for each of them. They made me feel like I was their top priority. I have been telling all of my colleagues if they need a vehicle this is the place to go.

  I arrived an hour early for my appointment and the salesman Keith was extraordinary from beginning to end. But your system that identifies you with the form checking off do you know this person how long have they lived whatever it was that y'all used to identify to see if it's really me is the most outdated prehistoric way to identify someone in this world. You had documents before you my payroll my proof of insurance card. Enterprise was the one who called me for the car purchase I didn't seek them out. I had my ID Texas driver's license rather I spent 7 hours at your location arriving at 1:00 or 1:15 in the afternoon and leaving after 8:00 p.m.. my front license tags are not even mounted on this vehicle. I know it was after hours for your sales guy but he saw it through to The Bitter End. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had with the car purchase. They had for pay stubs indicating who I am my driver's license proof of insurance on the vehicle that was totaled. There's no way that you're identifying process will call for your salesman to drive me to Texas City to get my Social Security card. Waiting for the driver to bring the vehicle from a North Houston location. Again the worst experience I ever had.

  Brian and his team were such a great help with the whole process and made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my purchase. Would definitely recommend Brian and his team at Astoria!!!! Go Brian!!!!

  Great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, the staff was helpful, and everything was explained clearly. I’m really happy with my car purchase and would definitely recommend!

  LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES!!!Don't waste your time. Go to Hartz or somewhere else. Shady sales team. Salesman DO NOT LISTEN T0 YOUR NEEDS. Aaron and sale manager got me good. Very unhappy customer. Don't be me!!!! Also, my vehicle was sold to me with NO GAS in tank. The oil light came on right after leaving the parking lot. I still need that taking care of. Edit two weeks later I have now lawyered up. The b.s. keeps coming. Signatures in documents are in the wrong spots yet they can't provide original signed document. And yes, I have spoken to the bank that is financing me. Enough is enough!!! Yes, I have a lawyer now. P.sp. Don't believe the 7 day hype. They can and will keep your money. It's in the fine print. These car salesmen are scam artists. There was a ton of bad reviews about this same scam. I don't know how they got them taking off. Don't Do It!!! Edit: Hey Arron, looks like your becoming a pretty good scam artist.
