Once it was deemed a total, a representative from here repeatedly called (at least three times), texted (twice), and emailed (at least twice), trying to sell me a vehicle. This is absolutely predatory. I understand reaching out once per mode, but leave it at that. At best this is opportunistic, and at worst it is taking advantage of people who are under emotional and financial stress. I'm sure Enterprise has some kind of deal with my insurance, but please stop this predatory sales tactic. If someone does not respond, just leave them alone.
