  This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Paul Houser. We appreciate his professionalism and service oriented mindset. The entire staff at the North lot are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable which we also appreciate.

  Yasmine was extremely supportive from the very beginning. She reached out to me personally, and because of her professionalism and kindness, I chose to work with her. I was willing to wait and continue the process with her instead of going elsewhere because I wanted to make sure she received credit for helping me. She was patient with me, and I was patient with her — it truly felt like teamwork. She was very clear in her communication and made sure I fully understood every step of the process. She took the time to understand my situation and even worked with me on other vehicle options in case I wasn’t able to get the one I originally came in to test drive. I truly appreciated her transparency and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and confident. Justin in finance was just as helpful. He clearly explained my payment options and how my trade-in could work in my favor. The finance process can be intimidating, but he made it feel manageable and straightforward. He was professional, respectful, and made sure I didn’t feel pressured at any point. After past negative experiences, I was nervous about going through this process again. However, both Yasmine and Justin reassured me through their professionalism and honesty. I felt supported and respected the entire time. I’m grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  This location went above and beyond for me and my family. The quality was amazing the customer service was on point and the whole team from management to our sales rep was beyond professional and helpful. They stayed transparent the whole time and didn’t waste anytime and made me my husband and my mother in law feel seen heard and taken care of. I will be going back for future purchases.
