  I’m a first-time customer and I’ll definitely be back! I was able to snag a same-day appointment for a brake pad replacement, and the team couldn't have been more welcoming. Their digital inspection process is top-notch—they sent a thorough evaluation with photos so I could see exactly what the mechanic saw. The best part? I approved the work right from my phone while grabbing a latte at Tenfold Coffee across the street. The job was completed promptly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

  I brought my Toyota Camry to E1 Garage and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was extremely transparent and professional. Alec, the service advisor, did a fantastic job walking me through the inspection report that was texted to me and took the time to explain everything in detail. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and even pointed out a few leaks that were just starting, giving me an honest and realistic timeline on when they should be addressed — which really built my trust. The lobby was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy for me to get some work done while I waited, and there’s a coffee shop right next door which was a nice bonus. They also offer loaner vehicles, which made planning for an upcoming repair incredibly convenient. Overall, I felt well taken care of and never pressured. I highly recommend E1 Garage and will definitely be coming back soon!

  Had a damaged single tire so I contacted this place to get it replacwd. After providing the size and brand of tire (pirelli p-zero) , I had an appointment for the service. When picking up the car, I saw that the new tire had different tread pattern than the other 3 tires. Alec told me it was okay to drive like that and to "come back if it pulls" I was shocked.... He kept trying to get me to accept the blame for ordering the wrong tire but it was the shop that should have flagged there are multiple variants. I don't think Wal-Mart tires would have said that is okay..... First and last visit.
