  Found out recently my Volvo has two batteries. I wasn’t sure which one was doing dead so I came out to get my battery checked. I spoke to two people, Ken and the sales manager. They were awesome to chat with. Felt very comfortable while I was there. They even washed my car when returning it to me. However, when I got home, I realized a part of my interior cover was ripped, a clip was missing and my trunk wouldn’t close without me having to slam it. I understand everything they did was complimentary but I don’t understand how you would take my car apart then return it with issues. Issues I could thankfully fix myself. They told me the main battery needed replacing (~$600) when I tested the main battery and it’s perfect. They told me it was too complicated to fix myself. It was the auxiliary battery that needed a replacement which we ended up fixing ourselves for $180. Overall happy with the friendly service - but disappointed with the lack of knowledge I would expect from a Volvo dealership.

  This dealership has given me the worst service ever. I hit a pothole or something and the front left wheel is shaking. The first diagnosis was a bent rim. Took it to a rim shop that said they didn't even see a bend just a dent. They still fixed that and it was so minor they didn't charge me; that place even balanced the tires. The car is still shaking so I take it back to DeMontrond and the next diagnosis is an axle. They charge me almost $2,000 for the new axle and I pick it up get on the freeway and shaking. I take it back and they admit no one test drove it. Then they put it back on the lift and now they say I need new tires cause there are chunks missing on the tire. I don't understand how they missed the tire issue when they said the rim was broke. The people didn't call back with quotes until I called them and lied about leaving a voicemail for me. I love my car and it had no other issues. I am now reconsidering my whole Volvo experience. I am not buying three tires from this dealership that cant get the diagnosis correct. I haven't ever had such mishandling and diagnosis at a dealership. The dealership usually knows their cars best. This is very disappointing and is probably going to make me trade this car for something else. Its not safe.

  Lexi service advisor, Tony service technician are the only 2 reasons I drive 45 miles to get my vehicle serviced at Demontrond Kia!! I trust them both with all 3 of my KIA's

  I contacted many Kia dealerships, but Carlos at DeMontrond Kia was the only one who was honest and didn’t play games like changing the price or adding hidden fees.
