- GMGema MunozDec 29, 20251.0Lack of communication and condescending attitude and a bit unprofessional behavior from the salesman. Everyone else seemed good, and the place seemed to be a great vibe but the salesmans attitude and communication only mattered after my husband left a review. Never communicated about a potential yes or no as far as even getting a vehicle and were basically ignored the whole time until that review. Petty salesmen his exact words were "No one is going to get you approved" Informed them of going somewhere else and replies "God does everything for a reason" And even after saying all that he has the audacity to call back only about the 1 star review.

They were wanting to sell me a truck with a check engine light on and after me using my scanner to identify the issue for them...they preferred not to fix and sold it to someone else. So called supervisor dealing with my deal(you know who you are) had poor customer service skills and kept bashing me about my credit situation Instead of focusing on how to establish business. Wouldn't go there at all and I wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

Called in and talked to him at the dealership asked for Pictures received some but not all that were requested. Decided to take the over 1 hour driver to dealership. When I arrived and spoke to Salesman he said he that he would pull the vehicle up front they were doing a little work on the veighle. After waiting for over 30 minutes another sale person walks up and informed me that the car has been sold and isn't available. But never once did the original Salesman that I spike with came back to the showroom or even tried to reach out and apologize that the vehicle was our wasnt sold. Would not recommend them not very unprofessional in my opinion.
