  my car Honda Pilot 2013 with 150, 000 + mileage. I m handicapped senior. I drove there for oil change. They all were very helpful from their bottom of their heart. I m very pleased to them technically, socially, I will go there again.

  Need and want are two different things. I didn’t need anything on the lot. I wanted something on the lot and the second you said you couldn’t approve me. You should’ve left it at that instead of trying to put me into something I did not want. I will not be coming back.

  I just purchased my first vehicle with Ms.Kayla. She helped the entire way through and made sure to get me exactly what I wanted. When you come ask for Kayla!!!

  Soo I’m going to give a real honest review . Sony came today Kayla is very nice and etc. but my thing is I was very transparent and mentioned that my credit was not the best . The advertisement was $500 down . I wanted a Honda …when I got to the lot there was no Honda in sight so I’m like okay weird . I didn’t even get to test drive anything . They just ran my credit for numbers granted I will say I may have not had the best attitude but I needed a car . She said if I trade in my car then it’ll get me enough for the cost to put down bc they didn’t want to do $500 though she said she could work with anything . So I left and came back ( I called before and told her I’ll do it and I sent my vin over and she said to wait on coming after I paid my Lyft but I was trying to get in contact with her before ) . Granted she was busy I give her that but my vin information wasn’t even submitted yet . So I sat there for maybe 10-20 mins . Waiting … nothing yet . Then all of a sudden , another customer comes in and she immediately takes them and boots me out her office and said there’s nothing we can do for you . Please stop lying to people and saying oh we want $500 down when yall want more than that . Then one of the workers , cam said he works for the devil and got scolded for lying to a customer on getting him a car . What type of business is this .
