He made sure the headlight was in stock and then we drove to the store right away. Raul had the headlight bulb ready for us as soon as we walked in the store. He then installed the new headlight in my car in the freezing cold. He was nothing but kind and helpful during the whole experience and was a true lifesaver. Incredible customer service by Raul!

I told him I’d have to save up for a better platinum battery and bro GAVE ME A DEAL WITH A PLAN! If I came back within the timeframe of the warranty he’d give me a full refund of the cheap battery and put it toward the new platinum battery! DEEEEEFFINITELY COMING BACK!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING TO THE NORTH LOOP WEST LOCATION!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 not to mention my boy RAUL GONZALEZ ON THE BATTERY CHANGE!! Raul went above and beyond to mention battery prices from my entrance in the door to grabbing Cameron the manager and striking the deal! Raul literally compared batteries for me, took my old battery out, and brought it inside without even second guessing and tested my old battery, found out it was bad and immediately went into action! I know I’ve found my new regular location! NO CAPPATHANIEL!
