    I was not greeted by team member when team member saw me walk in. Did not get asked if I needed help. Music was blasting. Krystal was rude when checking out. Whole experience was unpleasant.

    I am very disappointed with my recent experience at AutoZone. I trusted the staff to look up the correct part for my truck and they gave me the wrong one. I tried installing it and later found out through my own research that it was not the right part at all. When I went back to the store, they refused to take it back because I had opened it. This mistake was not on me. I relied on their knowledge and they pointed me in the wrong direction. I do not understand how customers are supposed to know a part is wrong without trying to install it first. AutoZone sells to everyday people, so they should be willing to work with us when the issue comes from their own advice. Instead, I walked away with a part I never should have been sold. It was a frustrating and completely avoidable experience.

    They are so freaking lazy! If you go in at night before closing they say they check engine machine is t working. I get off at 7:30pm so once I make it to home which is this my neighborhood auto zone 2x this week has told me this before closing they don’t care. This world is doomed nobody cares nomore quality customer service is dead!
