I do not know his name but he’s a heavy set African American gentleman. To hear him mentioning me “leaving” due to his assumption of it being the cost of a battery and other unnecessary remarks is disgusting. Me temporarily leaving is not your business nor is it yours to be gossiping about with another customer. Extremely unprofessional when paying customers like myself have every right to do as we please. I will not be back!

Based on her facial expression, I could tell I was instantly judged by her. She talks to you like you’re dumb and looks at you like you’re stupid. Florinda was VERY dismissive and unprofessional. She argued with me instead of trying to resolve my issue, and it felt like she didn't care about my problem at all. Overall, terrible customer service experience!
