  I work at the ER next door, I got off shift this morning, only to find my battery had completely died and wouldnt jump start... Lulu helped me find the right battery and even let me borrow some of her personal tools to get it installed. Their team is the best! Thank you.

  Good morning, To whom this may concern, just wanted to share my experience at my local neighborhood Auto Zone at 12689 W Lake Houston, TX as always the staff are very knowledgeable of their products and care for the safety of their customers. The young lady who assisted me this morning, has done so many times before in the past. Her personality is off the charts with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Today was especially nice due to the fact that my battery died in the parking lot,and she didn't hesitate to come outside in the freezing cold to make sure it was the battery. She didn't have to go beyond those doors especially being so cold. But her heart condition and warm personality towards her customers makes my trip always worthwhile .Continue to hire employees that go far beyond the clock to just check in and get paid for the day.... Clone Mrs. Lu Lu who was my cashier this morning and place them all throughout the your US location. The world may become a better place to live. X. Pittmon
