Very helpful in several matters. That young man was so respectful and polite. Was raised right. Was glad to shake his hand.

I can’t possibly express how grateful I am for the super friendly, knowledgeable & quick service I received even though I showed up about 30 min to close. Andy quickly found rightpart & replaced my headlight like it was nothing despite the ford escape being more difficult to get to! I was in & out of there in 10 min, maybe less. All I can say is thank you so much to Andy for his 5 ⭐️ customer service. I will be back next time a headlight goes out knowing how easy & painless this experience was.

Not sure how the battery test is conducted on their machine, but when I bought a new battery here it showed bad charging system warning after the technician installed it for me. Also convinced me to buy a corrosion ring with lubricant. Took my car to the Mazda dealership for a second opinion, and dealership technician took a video on his inspection. The grounding was not clamped properly down into the battery due to excess lubricant used, also the battery clamp was not installed correctly and was very loose. Also when the hood was closed after the battery was installed in autozone it slammed unto a nut that was left on the inside edge, so not sure if it did any damage to the hood. The autozone technician was really nice, but probably need more technical training in situations like this. Overall the dealership charged me $89 for something so trivial that was done incorrectly at autozone! This leases a very unsavory taste in my mouth and extremely bad look for their business.
Updates:
After communicating with the AutoZone customer service team I took the dealership receipt for the repair back to the store and was fully refunded for my payment to the dealership. Although the incident itself was unpleasant, I was taken care of in the end. Amazing customer service experience!

I really appreciated Gabby and Rio! I was completely lost and they took the time to walk me through how to add oil to my car. Their help was incredibly helpful and so kind!
