- SJSkyy JefferyDec 6, 20251.0I came in this location on 11/26/25 at around 6pm wasn’t greeted and was treated rudely this is the second time I came in this location and was treated rudely maybe bc I am black I’m being discriminated against, Crystal was rude first off nobody asked me if I needed help she was still working with another customer and shouted while I was in the line “what do u need” I didn’t want to shout over the other customer so I waited until he was done I said I need a light and she rudely said “what light” with an attitude I work for the state of Texas and I know what it is to have customer service I simply left bc I will not spend money where I’m being treated unfairly I went to another location and they treated me with respect and kindness and helped me with the light I needed for my car, all the other locations I have been to helped me and treated me kind besides this location the first time was a man and I told him he don’t have to be rude while processing my return I will NEVER be coming back to this location as they treat they black customers rude and Crystal taunted me while I was walking out very sarcastic “byeeee” after I didn’t like her demeanor towards me I won’t stand to be treated a certain way bc the color of my skin both times I got treated rudely at this location was by someone of a different race, I wasn’t greeted or anything and when I finally got addressed it was met with a “what u want” like huh? Who says that’s to a customer that’s trying to buy something! I always come to autozone for all my car needs but if I’m going to get treated rude and unfair I’ll take my service elsewhere. I already contacted corporate

He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re buying the right parts etc. I have 2 other auto zones close to my house. This one is the best ALL of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about what autozone sell. As a woman I appreciate the staff.
