This is the BEST autozone in houston. Mr. Alonzo ALWAYS helps and educate me on my car. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re buying the right parts etc. I have 2 other auto zones close to my house. This one is the best ALL of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about what autozone sell. As a woman I appreciate the staff.

I would like to say that Keoni Magana, the Sales Manager at the 2340 Highway 6 location gave me the best customer service I have ever had. Horrible experience with a blonde female cashier she acted very rude towards me just because I asked a question about limited warranty I did not say anything rude nor did I raise my voice at her all I did was ask a question and she responded with “are you gonna buy it or not while rolling her eyes and acting like if I was bothering her,I will now have to drive 10 extra min to the other location so I won’t have to go tru something like that again.
