    Today, 12/20/2025 at 12:53 pm, I want to report the terrible service and attitude of the employee in the commercial department. She was completely unpleasant and had a terrible attitude. When she saw that the business account wasn't in my name, she started taking a phone call even though I was there first. Then she pretended to call the account owner and told me that unfortunately, she couldn't help me because the account owner didn't answer the phone. What she didn't know was that I had the owner on the phone, and he heard her and said that she hadn't called him at all. So, when I was forced to call again, she continued with the same bad attitude. She threw the part I bought onto the counter. I just want to say, if you don't like working with the public, don't work there. Or is it that because we're not white, they're racist? I don't understand. Autozone should hire more competent staff. Remember that your business is prosperous thanks to us, the customers. As for me, I'm not going back to that store. The customer service is terrible.

    I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to the store manager, Angel. She was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely kind. Angel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and truly cared about making sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and so customer-focused. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. AutoZone is lucky to have her!
