  This Autozone upheld my 3-year battery warranty without question. I took my vehicle to another Autozone on 610 who said my Duralast just needed to be charged and the battery was still good. But the charge wasn’t holding. My car was still not starting up correctly. This Autozone on 11th gave me no hassle. Now I’m safe to drive my car with another Duralast platinum battery under the warranty. Thank you for being so helpful!

  I’ve been coming to AutoZone for years and have consistently received help with basic services like checking fluids, replacing lights, wipers, and batteries. That’s a big reason I’ve remained a loyal customer. Today’s experience was completely different and very disappointing. After purchasing a headlight, the manager (I believe his name is Javi) continued helping other customers while I waited. After about 5–10 minutes, he asked if I needed help. When I explained I needed assistance installing the light I had just purchased, he seemed visibly annoyed and unwilling to help. I then asked for help checking my antifreeze and brake fluid. Another employee responded with, “Damn, you don’t know how to do it?” When I said no and asked for help, he replied that he could “teach” me instead. When I questioned why they didn’t want to help, given that this has always been offered in the past, I was told, “We don’t do that, it’s just a courtesy.” If it’s a courtesy, why was it selectively withheld today? Courtesy should not depend on attitude or convenience. I’m appalled by the lack of professionalism, dismissive tone, and overall customer service at this location. This experience does not reflect the AutoZone service I’ve known for years. I will be contacting corporate.
