- PJPhyllis JosephDec 15, 20251.0Went to get a battery , 1st attendant can out to change it , seen it was complicated also cold outside so he went back in , another attendant came out, unscrewed a screw and went back inside , after 10 min I realized he wasn’t coming back out , I went back inside the store to check, attendant was busy doing something else, I ask him what’s going on ? Are you still helping me are what !! He said no , I was confused he didn’t communicate or nothing just me outside in the cold , my trunk and covers all scattered about , so the first attendant came out told me , there’s doctors and nurses at these Auto Zones, they were nurse ., he told the second attendant to give me a battery and let someone else put it on . I had told him someone at Auto Zones installed it . He said they were nurses .. so I took the battery and left .. the first attendant told me to be sure I brought the other battery back .. why should I do all this ripping and running, when they could even do their job .. Wow !! Worst service ever ..
