Hello, So today is November 30, 2025 and it is 4:44 PM central standard time.
I came in to AutoZone to get a blinker light replacement on my Honda Civic. There was a heavyset Hispanic guy that assisted me, and was very kind.
However, there was Tina… I’m assuming Tina is the manager and the reason why I say that without asking was because she was the one who assisted me with my refund Or exchange. Now before I get to that part, I do want to briefly say that while I was waiting in line, There was no acknowledgment. “Hello welcome to AutoZone”, Nothing… I honestly don’t know what happened to Customer Service. He used to be so much better before Covid. I guess everybody just don’t care anymore.
I didn’t wanna jump ahead because my issue was not with the heavyset Hispanic guy, my issue was with Tina. Tina doesn’t know the basics of you’re welcome thank you or anything like that. And I said that to say because after her completing my exchange, I told her thank you, and she act like she couldn’t hear me even before that it was A bad vibe. I don’t know if she had a long bad day or what… I don’t care if I came in here and I spent three dollars. The matter of the fact is I came in and gave your organization business so I expect to be treated with respect as a customer. Another thing that she did that bothered me was, and she not only did it with me, but she did it even with another customer. When Tina was asked a question, she would give that air or a hard quiet pause out of annoyance and then answer within 30 seconds. That’s completely rude and unprofessional. And if Tina is a Manager or some sort of leadership, The territory or regional manager need to have a conversation with her. I’m gonna go ahead and give you guys a one star based off of my experience and never return.

I felt it important to leave this review for this location. I needed a license plate frame to adjust from the European distance of 9” to the US distance of 5”. A simple and minor purchase. A young man named Randy helped me find the frame I needed. It was unusually thick compared to others so the screws weren’t long enough to fit. He went out of his way to find the screws needed but wouldn’t fit the frame. He worked finding a washer that was needed and in the end he couldn’t find what was needed to make the frame work. I was impressed with his efforts for just a minor prchase. What made such an impact on me was what he said in the end. He said “I’m sorry, I want everyone who leaves here to leave having their problem solved and leave with a smile.
