A simple and minor purchase. A young man named Randy helped me find the frame I needed. It was unusually thick compared to others so the screws weren’t long enough to fit. He went out of his way to find the screws needed but wouldn’t fit the frame. He worked finding a washer that was needed and in the end he couldn’t find what was needed to make the frame work. I was impressed with his efforts for just a minor prchase. What made such an impact on me was what he said in the end. He said “I’m sorry, I want everyone who leaves here to leave having their problem solved and leave with a smile.
