  My boyfriend walked in to the location where he encountered the store manager Mileida Venezuela when he let her know he needed a diagnostic scan ran on his vehicle. She began to sigh ans like he was ann inconvenience and let him know that she would not be doing his scan if it was raining outside, which is understandable so he said OK. They went outside. It was not raining. He then tried to proceed to tell her where the connection to his car was to be plugged in, she would not listen to him, had an attitude kept sighing very loudly. Then, when she couldn’t find it, she threw her hands up and walked away with no explanation that she couldn’t do it that she was unable to plug it in offered for him to help her plug it in or anything very horrible customer service especially coming from a manager when asked her name she had a attitude wouldn’t give him the number to file a complaint. If you don’t like customer service maybe try a different job!!

  I was just in the Auto Zone at FM 529 and received good customer service however I witness two other customers causing trouble with the staff making false allegations. I hope management doesn’t not reprimand the employees because of the customers false allegations these girls that work there are excellent and always helpful. Location 23919 FM 529
